It was a good day!


Well here we go. I tend to make a lot of fish, mostly salmon because, to be honest, I don't know how to cook many other types of fish. I tried to make homemade fish and chips once and my house smelled like rotten, fried fish for about a month or two (I was two months pregnant when this happened so you can just about imagine how much fun that was). So here you have it, salmon fillets with dill, salt and pepper, garlic and a bit or orange juice. Easy to make in the oven or on the bbq. A staple for me is also rice and carrots, nothing fancy but it was very good.
