Brown update

So far so good. Yesterday George and I went skiing at Nakiska. It was a great day. We brought our lunch with us. Turkey subs, carrot sticks, fresh pineapple and toughies (cookies). When we got home we enjoyed Sloppy Joes, that I had made last week and froze. It a great recipe from Cooking for the Rushed. It's nice to have stuff in the freezer to pull out when it's been a busy day. Today Lucas, Nathan and Darryl were here for supper. The boys like mashed potatoes, so I made a Shepard's pie. I usually don't have beef to days in a row, but made an exception for the boys. For dessert we had fresh pineapple and Stonyfield organic vanilla yogurt.
