A couple of weeks ago Darryl and I were watching Oprah and they did a one week vegetarian challenge. Darryl has higher cholesterol so he tries to eat healthier and meat has some of the highest cholesterol, so he thought a vegetarian challenge would be fun. So I suggest we do it at some point in March, once the eat at home challenge was done. But to get us ready for it I thought I'd try out some "fake meat". So vegetarian chili it is.....
It was okay... the tomoto/chili powder over powered the fake meat taste.
