Day 3 at Chateau Beck

It was Beaver night and I had a lonnnnnnng day at work which I'll blog about someday but I'm just too tired tonight. As tempting as it was tonight to get takeout I didn't cave. We kept it simple with Lipton's Chicken Noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. I always scramble 2 eggs and add it to the soup when it's boiling. It adds extra protein and bulk to the soup and takes on the chicken soup flavour. This is a huge fave with the boys!
