Is it me or does this look a bit on the BORING side? We had baked chicken breasts, french style green beans and jasmine rice last night for dinner. We eat a fair amount of chicken around here, and mostly just breasts. Every time I attempt cooking drumsticks in the oven I seem to have a house full of smoke - what am I doing wrong???Tuesday, February 8, 2011
