It's Taco Tuesday - you are forewarned that you will see a pattern over the next month. But let's face it, they're quick, easy, and my kids enjoy making their own. You'll note that JT is actually eating left over pasta, he had a fever today and not a huge appetitite so we skipped the hot and spicy and went with something a little more bland.
