Day 5 at Chateau Beck


We had roast chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy, peas and carrots and stuffing for

dinner tonight. Dad did the cooking, I did the cleaning and Kathryn brought homemade pineapple cheesecake for dessert. It was soooooo good - I had two HUGE pieces...and there's one piece in the fridge just calling my name right now.
