1/2 cup red wine or tomato juice
1 envelope onion soup mix
An eye of the round beef roast,
In her slow cooker it goes for 4 hours on low. I'm sure in mine it would take 6-8 hours. Here is a picture with mashed potatoes, green beans, carrots and beets.

Till Tomorrow

Yummy!
We had roast beef w/yorkshire pudding last night so instead of a fancy dinner to show off mine's borrrrring.
Aaron's very excited about the challenge - I think it's exactly what we needed right now :o)
Ooo, that looks good. I'll have to try that with the wine and onion soup mix.
Our Eat @ Home challenge started off with Creamy Noodle "Tuna" Helper but we use canned flaked ham because we're not fans of tuna. It wasn't a divine gourmet meal but we certainly did prepare and eat it at home.
Off to a good start so far.
Thanks for the recipe! I love how many veggies there are and how colourful the plate looks! Great supper.
Great job guys!
