Days 9 & 10 at the Beck's

Last night it was a Ukranian inspired dinner of perogies, sausages, sauerkraut and corn on the cob. Yummy!

Tonight we tried Lori's Italian Wedding Soup. I cooked the meatballs in boiling water and added them to the broth to keep the broth clear but I think I may have lost some of the flavour that way. But anyways, it was an Olive Garden inspired dinner of soup, salad and bread this evening:
