Tonight we cheated and had lasagna from Superstore. Cooking instructions: remove from box, heat in oven for one hour. Well Darryl and I had lasagna and Lucas had oatmeal. =) I still find the urge to go out and eat food. But managing the challenge pretty well.
Most importantly tonight we had my favorite wine.
Hope my fellow contributors are more inspiring.

I think it would be unrealistic for any family to have a "made from scratch" meal every day. There are lots of time when a frozen, ready to heat and serve meal from the grocery store can be a complete lifesaver.
We usually keep a few Swanson TV dinners on hand just for those situations.
We USED to get take out when we didn't feel like cooking. Last night I bought frozen pizza for the nights I don't feel like cooking. Technically it's still cooking BUT when all you do is throw it in the oven it's almost not.
