Day 18 at the Beck's


Tonight we had Cheesy Chicken Penne. Fairly quick and easy - 2 pre-requisites here for most dinners it turns out.

Anyways, you chop up and cook some boneless chicken breasts, add 1 can of reduced fat Cream of Mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of milk and about 2 cups of shredded cheese. Cook it on the stovetop for about 20 minutes. Served on penne pasta with caesar salad on the side. Yummy!
