Day 22 at the Parks: Chicken Chow Mein

Tonight dinner was me trying to blend a stirfry that we had at Lori's house and a recipie that I found online. Unfortunaly I couldn't find fresh noodles which would have made it better. But here is the recipie:

Chicken
Vegetables

Stirfry together. Add 1/4 cup of oyster sauce, 2 tbsp of sesame oil and 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Pinch of ginger and garlic.

Boil noodles (or if you can find fresh noodles use those) add them to the dinner with 1/2 c. of chicken broth.


It was quite good. Even Mom and Dad enjoyed it ( I think, Dad was finished first)

For lunch we have our new favorite thing: Perogies



These are the no name Superstore kind with bacon and sour cream. Darryl jazzed them up with cheese today.
