Wednesday, January 16th/13

Mackenzie was working from home today so I charged her with the task of figuring out what we should have for dinner. She chose a family favourite (compliments of Jenn)...Spanish RiceARoni nachos.

Paul added some garlic butter sautéed carrots & spinach. Yum!!

What is all in that rice a roni? It sounds great to me. Michelle

Brown a pound of ground beef. Add a box of Spanish Rice A Roni (the rice & seasoning packet), a 28oz can of diced tomatoes & 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 mins or so. Serve with a sprinkle of Kraft Habanero shredded cheese and scoop up each bite with tortilla chips instead of a spoon.
