Day 2 at Chateau Beck

The boys didn't LOVE dinner last night so I had leftover cabbage casserole for lunch today and then naan bread with avocado, tomatoes, cucumber dill yogurt dip and Chili Lime Sansel. This would have been my lunch today.

If you haven't ever tried this Chili Lime Sansel by Epicure I highly recommend it - and it's salt free. I learned that the name is salt free en francais, I was only somewhat embarrassed when I asked if it was salt free because I had actually just said "hmm sel is french for salt".

I have the 'italian' sansel and love it. It always reminds me if that franks red hot commercial when I use it ..... I put that s$&* on everything!
