Spaghetti dinner with homemade meatballs. The sauce was store bought stuff. They had a great deal at Costco 4 jars of Paul Newman pasta sauce for $4.99 - $1.25 a jar is an awesome price! The meatballs were homemade - my secret recipe is one package of lean ground beef, one package of stove top stuffing and 2 beaten eggs. Mix it up, measure them out with a cookie scoop and broil for about 8 minutes flipping half way thru. Easy peasy and everyone loves them!
